Your options for following up, side by side.

Every broker knows past clients and old leads are worth working. The question is who does it, how well, and what it costs.

Why not the chatbot on my website?

It waits for a stranger to find your site and start typing. Most of your next loans won't come that way. They'll come from people who already know you and haven't heard from you in a while. Apex goes to them. Keep your chatbot if you like it. They do different jobs.

Why not just use my CRM's drip?

A drip sends. It doesn't answer. The money is in the reply: "Yes, can you run my numbers?" A drip leaves that sitting in your inbox until Monday. Apex answers it and books the call.

Why not hire someone?

An assistant costs more in a week than Apex does in a month, works business hours, and still needs you to train them on what not to say about rates.

Why not a big AI agency?

They're built for roofers and HVAC, and priced for them. Apex was built inside a working mortgage business, so EPO, rate-quote rules and past-client etiquette come standard.
