Bringing back a customer who already trusts you costs less than finding a new one. But most owners never get back to the people they've served. There's no time.
On July 3, 2026, my own CRM had 3,280 contacts in it. Only 214 of them were in a pipeline. Everyone else was just sitting there: people I'd already helped, quotes that went quiet, people who would have sent me a friend if I had stayed in touch.
I run more than one business, and I'll be honest: I didn't have time to work that list by hand. Neither do you. So I built something to do the following up for me.
